Grapes harvested from the Old Vine of over 60 years old. Grapes from the Old Vine has a highest concentration of flavours in it, but have the most limited harvest compared to the yonger vines. Production of "1935 Ultima" limited to 200-300 bottles a year.

Aroma and Flavour: Pronounced intensity of ripe tropical and stone fruits with the notes of melon, peach and fig. Maturation in oak barrels provides extra complexity to the wine with the notes of vanilla, orange marmalade, honey and caramel.
Sweetness: Dry wine small presence of post-fermentation residual sugar.
